e-Transfer (electronic transfer) is a simple, convenient, and safe way to transfer money to others. If you already use online banking, you have the ability to donate funds from your account directly to the Cathedral . Here is some info about using e-transfers:
- The email to use is cathedral@niagaraanglican.ca.
- The Cathedral uses the Autodeposit option so that a security question is not required.
- There is a Message block that is optional but useful to indicate should you wish to direct your donation for a specific purpose, e.g. in memory of a loved one or for altar flowers etc. Please note that if a specific direction is not made, the donation will be attributed to Parishioner Givings which supports our many ministry programs and our community at large.
- Once you complete the e-Transfer process, you will receive an email indicating that your donation has been sent, and the Cathedral will receive a notification letting us know who made the donation (name only), the amount of the donation, and that the donation has been deposited to the Cathedral's account.
- A feature that is not very well known is that you can also set up a recurring e-transfer so that you don't have to repeat the process on a regular basis. How convenient is that!

IMPORTANT NOTE:
If this is your first time donating to the Cathedral, please provide both your email, and Canada Post mailing address in the message block provided by your bank's Interac e-transfer process. Otherwise, we will not have sufficient information to provide you with an income tax receipt. If you prefer, you can also provide your contact information by contacting our Parish Coordinator at 905-527-1316 Ext. 240 or via email.
