Since about 2007, Sandy Darling has produced and sold Christmas cards with sales of $800 to $1,000 per year. This ministry has given cards at an affordable price of $1.25 each with Nativity scenes and the word “Christmas” in the greeting rather than the ubiquitous “Happy Holidays”. The beautiful cards provide visibility to the Cathedral across many lands. We normally sell these at art crawls from September to November, the Sunday following each art crawl, and six Sundays from mid-November to the Sunday before Christmas.
Sandy is seeking a person to help with the following tasks:
- Setting up and taking down the display of cards.
- Selling the cards (a shared duty with Sandy).
- Learning how to deal with the printer to order and purchase cards (optional, but good learning experience).
