Weekly Prayer Cycle
In our Parish Cycle of Prayer we pray for Sue Crowe Connolly, Alexander and Jennifer Darling, Thomas and Katya Davison, Donelle de Vlaming, and Andrew Dewhurst. In our Community and Partners Prayer Cycle we pray for Liberty for Youth In the Anglican Cycle of Prayer we pray for the Anglican Church of the Anglican Church of Nigeria. In the Anglican Church of Canada and the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada we pray for the Provincial Synod of the Ecclesiastical Provence of British Colombia and Yukon. And for the Dean, Council, and congregations of the Lutheran Southern Interior Region of the British Columbia Synod. In our Diocese of Niagara we pray for our Bishop Susan Bell; and for the Church of the Incarnation, Oakville, the Reverend Canon Sue-Ann Ward, Rector, and the people of that parish. As a Community we pray for the victims of discrimination - racial, sexual, religious; subjects of slavery and human trafficking; and those who help, support, counsel and care for them. Those who have asked to be remembered in our prayers: With ongoing needs Ernie Taylor; Susan Andrews; Cathy Johnston; Larry Andrews; Susan Worrall; Helen; Rachel and James; Adam Pearce; the Reverend Charles Meeks; Richard Cunningham; Charlotte Read; Judi Mansfield-Jones; Brandon; Kelley; Michael; Mark and all affected by the fire at Charred Rotisserie; Millie; Dave; Christopher; Josh; and Heather Clark; Ezra Noble; and Sr. Heather. With current needs Mark and Ian Mobsby; Derek; Bishop Ralph; Nicola Corfield; Dane McDowell; Patrick’s family; Celina Liong; Vicki; Dani Leitis and family; and Alistair Martin. The Niagara School for Missional Leadership (NSML) is offering four online courses and one in-person course this fall. Courses are available to anyone interested in growing in their faith and understanding.

Our new next-steps-in-faith class for adults, Drawing Closer, will begin on Wed Sept 18 from 7:00 to 8:30pm at the Cathedral. Folks from other parishes have already expressed interest in joining this exciting initiative. |
