Parish Cycle of Prayer
Every Sunday Eucharist we set aside a few minutes for the Prayers of the People that includes praying for the wider world and praying for ourselves and others. Some of our parishioners have also requested that we include family members or househould members. The Cathedral is aware that our list of family members or household members is incomplete. If you wish to add family members (whether they live with you or not), please let us know. The same applies for household members. We ask that you email our Parish Coordinator, Karen or call her at (905) 527-1316 x240. Please Note: If you do not wish to use your children or grandchildren's names, it is perfectly alright to not use their names. You can always include them by requesting "and family" or "and children" etc.

This certificate is signed by Bruce Mackenzie the chair of CJN. Join us at the 10:30am Sunday Service to thank Jeni Darling and all the Lay weeders for many years of good hard work in the Bishopsgate gardens. |

Our ResponsibilityOctober 2026 Action from CJC It is easy to become overwhelmed by the Climate Crisis. The problem is global, the science is frightening, and the politics is discouraging. It is easy to ask, what difference can I make? But listen to the words of Jesus from Matthew 11: Come to me, all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me… for my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. So, bring your fears, anger, frustration, and your disappointment. Let Jesus carry what you cannot carry alone. Perhaps our task is not to save the planet, but to care for the part of creation entrusted to us. Perhaps the question is not, what should I do? Perhaps there are three questions:
