Applications for IODE 100th Anniversary Grant Program opens Sept 1, 2026

IODE 100th Anniversary Grant Program for 2027 - Call for Applications, Value $40,000.
Applications will be accepted between September 1, and November 30, 2026 and must be submitted by email to IODEinfo@bellnet.ca.

Our dear sister in Christ Jennifer Early has been an active member of the IODE for many years, and has asked us to assist in spreading the word about this grant in our communities. Can you think of any agencies or groups you partner with, or know of in your community, who could benefit by winning this $40,000 grant?

For some it would be an opportunity to create something new and for others perhaps expanding an existing program.

This grant supports programs designed to prevent, treat and alleviate abuse and neglect among children and youth. The IODE 100th Anniversary Grant Program is a signature initiative administered by IODE Canada on behalf of its members.

IODE members and chapters can support the program by identifying eligible organizations in their communities and encouraging them to apply for the grant.
This Grant will support programs that develop innovative ideas, test new approaches or replicate, adapt and scale existing evidence-based models that address social issues affecting children and youth (ages 0–25).

Applications will be accepted between September 1, and November 30, 2026 and must be submitted by email to IODEinfo@bellnet.ca.

Applicants should begin by visiting the IODE Canada website at www.IODE.ca and following the links to the IODE 100th Anniversary Grant Program.
Before applying, interested organizations are encouraged to review stories of previous grant recipients and carefully examine the Terms of Reference.

The first step is to complete the Letter of Intent to Apply and submit it by email to IODEinfo@bellnet.ca.
Applicants should then download and complete the fillable application form and gather the required supporting documents, including letters of reference, a detailed budget and a program description of no more than 1,200 words.
The completed application package must be submitted by email to IODEinfo@bellnet.ca no later than November 30, 2026.
The grant recipient will be announced on IODE Founder's Day, February 13, 2027.
