Protect Yourself From Scams and Fraud

As technology continues to evolve, fraud and scams evolve as well.

We encourage you to be aware of scams and fraud methods, including caller ID spoofing, website spoofing, phishing, emails requesting financial support due to an emergency, and emails offering products or services requiring advance payment.

The Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre has developed these tips and tricks to help guard against these scams. You can also stay up to date and explore more in-depth information on specific topics by visiting Canada's 'Get Cyber Safe' campaign.

Check how safe your cyber habits are by taking the Cyber Safe Checkup.

Please feel free to email the Cathedral Office if you have any concerns: cathedral.admin@niagaraanglican.ca
