Thanks to Our Volunteers!
Sunday, April 14, marks the beginning of Canada's National Volunteer Week, and Christ's Church Cathedral will celebrate the ministries of its many valued volunteers at the 10:30 service. Many of us understand volunteering at church can be an important part of our discipleship journey, and so we give our time and skills faithfully to support our worship, programs, and services. If you sing in the choir, knit prayer shawls, offer hospitality after the service, sit on a committee, work in the Cathedral Cafe, serve at the altar, contribute food for hospitality, act as a greeter on Sundays or at art crawl, distribute communion, are an Altar Guild member, count the collection, read the lesson, prepare intercessions or do any of the many other things that make Christ's Church Cathedral the wonderful community that it is, this service is to celebrate YOU! Please join us. |
