The Bishop of the Diocese also nominates people to the Order of Niagara. It is a way of honouring the laity and the their ministry within the diocese. Digging DeeperAnglicanism 101 - Sunday, October 29, 2023 Anglicanism is rich with symbolism and history, but even if you've been Anglican for years, you might not know why we do all the things we do. This series of talks is aimed at explaining the basic structure of the liturgy, some simple Anglican history (if there is such a thing), and a little about the structure and culture of the church. Drop in when you can. And if we end up with so many questions and discussion that we run more than four sessions, so much the better! We'll meet in the Spence Room after the second service (around 12:15pm). You're welcome if you don't know anything, and you're welcome if you know almost everything. (I could certainly still learn more from some of you!) —Matthew Green
For further information, please feel free to contact Matthew Green at 905-865-9863. For more infomation visit: http://cathedralhamilton.ca/events/digging-deeper--111/2023-10-29
