WEEKLY PRAYER CYCLE
In our Parish Cycle of Prayer we pray for Doug Bain; Rosemary Barnes; Pat Barton. In the Anglican Cycle of Prayer we pray for the Anglican Church of Papua New Guinea. In the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada we pray for the congregations of the Western Manitoba area of Manitoba of the Manitoba-Northwestern Ontario Synod. In the Anglican Church of Canada we pray for The Right Reverend Todd Townshend, Bishop, and the clergy and people of the Diocese of Huron. In our diocese of Niagara we pray for our Bishop, The Right Reverend Susan Bell, St. Paul's, Shelburne; The Reverend William Willis, Priest-in-Charge, and the people of that parish. As a community we pray for those who are developmentally and physically challenged and those who help, support, counsel and care for them. Plea for Support of PWRDF's Ukrainian Relief Efforts Every Contribution Helps! Our Bishop, Susan Bell, is appealing for the generous support of the Primate's World Relief & Development Fund's Ukrainian relief efforts. In Ukraine, lives are being turned upside down by the Russian invasion, leaving millions of people in need of urgent help. They are without adequate water and electricity, or are unable to reach stores to buy basic necessities because roads and bridges are unpassable. Our help is URGENTLY needed through both prayer and financial donations. If you haven't already done so, please take a moment to listen to Bishop Susan herself by clicking on the button below. The available dates for altar flowers are May 1, 22, 29 and June 5, 12, 19, 26. All Sundays in May and June will also be available for flowers at the chancel steps. The donation for the flowers and delivery is now $130. |
