NAMETAGS

Nametags are a great way to connect and extend hospitality!

Please pick yours up in the narthex on your way into church.

If you need a new nametag, or have never had one, please sign your name on the list in the narthex or coffee area and we will be sure to prepare one for you. The greeters can point you to the list, or you can contact the church office directly.

PWRDF

PWRDF

You’re invited to join the PWRDF Wild Ride and put your stamp on it.

PWRDF Wild Ride is replacing Ride for Refuge, which PWRDF has participated in since 2014. The PWRDF Wild Ride campaign will run until October 8, 2022 in support of its partners who work with REFUGEES or INTERNALLY DISPLACED PERSONS (IDPs).  PWRDF welcomes Canada Helps as its fundraising partner.

Last year, we raised over $3,500 to help PWRDF by participating in a one hour walk.
Let's surpass that amount this year!

Join others across the country as they walk, cycle, roller blade, bake, read, knit, crochet, swim, kayak, canoe, dance and sing – or pretty much any activity you would like to undertake.

For more information on the “Wild Ride” and interest in forming a Cathedral Team, please contact Louise van Woelderen, your Parish PWRDF Representative,  at louise.vanwoelderen@gmail.com or 905-387-1820.

As always, thank you for your continued prayers and support of PWRDF and its partners.

THE GENEROSITY TEAM

Thank You!

Sometimes we are made aware of elements of our parish life that are particularly meaningful to those who access them. We recently received a letter, accompanied by a generous donation, which read in part:

“I am grateful for the opportunity to attend your services Sunday mornings via YouTube. I have been attending your online services for 4 months from the safety of home. Your newsletters have been welcomed.  I have been a member of another Anglican parish for 32 years. Your online services are truly appreciated during this uncertain time of the pandemic.”

Thank you to all of those who have worked so hard to support our online presence, particularly over the course of the pandemic. Your efforts have been widely appreciated!
